The process begins with a client visiting our store or contacting us via phone call ,email or text message regarding their enquiry.

CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS
We discuss and understand the clients requirements in detail and accordingly help them in selecting the right furnishing product from amongst our wide collection of designs, colours, textures and patterns .If the requirement is for mattresses we help them select the perfect mattress as per their individual body type and comfort required at our one of its kind mattress sleep store .For cushion and upholstery works we give the widest choice of high grade foams for the required feel and comfort as per the clients requirements.

MEASUREMENTS
We send our service representative to the clients place to take measurements and discuss any other specifications required as per site .

QUOTE
After all specifications,size, material, colour,texture and designs are confirmed we proceed to provide the client with an estimate.

INSTALLATION
After the client confirms the order we proceed to complete the same and send our team to carry out the delivery and installation.

FEEDBACK
Once the work is completed we ask the client for their feedback to ensure that they are fully satisfied
